What is the specialty of this tea?

A high elevation green tea made in the Chinese style by pan-roasting. It has the classic vegetal flavours along with the aroma characteristic of a Nilgiri tea. It’s smooth and subtle, carrying the true flavours of the tea leaf thanks to the gentle processing. It's well suited for a hydrating mid-morning or a post-workout cup.

Where does our Tea come from?

This tea is sourced from small tea growers in the Nilgiris, in Tamil Nadu. Tea is a primary source of livelihood, and we work closely to help them earn better for higher quality leaves.

What is the best way to prepare this tea?

Use 3g of tea per 110ml of water. Water should be at 90-95C. Pour water over tea and steep for 3 minutes. Best drunk plain. Steep the leaves at least twice.
