RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At Iron Kettle Tea, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the finest tea experience possible. However, due to the nature of tea as a consumable and perishable product, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns: We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. However, considering the nature of tea, which is consumable and perishable, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns for tea products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds: Refunds are available in two scenarios:

Non-Receipt of Order: If your order fails to reach you or gets lost in transit, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team with your order details. We will investigate the matter promptly and process your refund accordingly.

Receiving a Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, we request that you provide us with photographs and other relevant details to support your refund request. Our team will assess the situation and initiate the refund process as needed.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before an order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to customersupport@ironkettle.com with your invoice details. We do not charge any cancellation fees. However, once your order has been shipped, we regret that we won't be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.

Non-Delivery/Wrong Address: In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment. It's essential to ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
