RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to accept returns on tea which is a consumable and perishable product. We regret the inconvenience.
Refunds are offered if an order fails to reach you, or you receive a damaged product. In case of non-receipt of order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team with your order details. For damaged product, you may be asked to share photographs and other details to process your refund request.
Cancellations are accepted before an order is shipped. You may request a cancellation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice details.
Once we have shipped your order, we will not be able to accept your request to cancel.
